Quadcon Group Inc. is owned and operated by two Ryerson Univserity graduates (Architectural Science, 1991), each with over 27 years experience in the building industry. Quadcon was founded in 2001 and for over 17 years, we've been offering full service commercial general contracting to the industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) building sector. Our primary clients are property management companies, building tenants, private companies, health service providers and companies, condominium corporations, real estate professionals, architects and designers. Our specialties include the interior renovation of offices, industrial spaces, medical facilities and condominium common spaces. We have professional experience in construction management and contract administration. Over the years, we've renovated over 7 million square feet of commercial space. We also take on smaller projects including the renovation of commercial washrooms including providing accessibility, custom millwork, interior / exterior painting and special projects. We are full insured, WSIB compliant and all our staff have the Ministry of Labour's Health and Safety training.
