Where is your local Sault Ste Marie phone number and why isn't it listed on here? By the way.. that who special order/request thing about having something delivered btw a certain time and a certain time.. Well, I'm just gonna let u know.. that should be MANDITORY! How RIDICULOUS to even assume that somebody's gonna wait at home, in the summertime (no less), from 8:30 in the morning, until 9:00 at night for a package! What are y'all smokin over there anyways?!! Get a local phone number b/c you tracking service SUCKS!

I am soooo very upset with Purolator!!! Yesterday I got a card notifying me that I had missed a delivery and that it would be available for pick up at their office on May 8 after 9am. I had no ride there so I had to call a cab. I spend almost $30 to get their to find out that they are closed at 12pm, not 5:30 as listed on the web site. I did see that the hours may be varied due to Covid. However, if the delivery person could write on ,y card that they were here May 7 at 3:43 pm, youd think he/she could have also written in the closing time. I checked their website, tried calling the phone number listed there, look in the local phone book all to no avail. If no one can be reached your times of operation must be listed somewhere!! I'm out $30, I don't have my package and I still need to find another way there again on Monday. Thanks so much Purolator. Really bad customer service!
