Facts About The Owner In June of 2011, Rick became certified by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) for installing interlocking concrete paving systems, passing the exam with a final score of 92% and providing proof of (well over) the minimum 10, 000 square feet of paving stones laid.
