Extreme Building Maintenance and Disaster Restoration operated as an insurance restoration company as well as a cleaning/janitorial company. In 2001 the restoration business had grown so rapidly, it was decided that the company focus 100% on insurance restoration. In 2005 Extreme Building Maintenance and Disaster Restoration’s name was changed to Extreme Restoration Inc. to closer reflect the nature of the business.
Sixteen years ago, Extreme Restoration Inc. had six employees, a 25 by 25 foot facility and an office; today it functions out of a 6000 square foot Sudbury facility, with an off-site 3000 square foot storage facility and employs approximately 25 employees. The majority of the business stems from relationships we’ve built with insurance companies, insurance adjusters, and insureds. We have gained a reputation for our honesty, professionalism, and high standard of quality and as such we are well-known and respected in our community.
Extreme Restoration Inc. is a full service restoration company. We are a contractor that does structural repairs and on top of that we handle contents restoration. It’s a one stop shop company.
Extreme has IICRC certified restoration technicians in Smoke, Fire and Water Damage as well as Applied Microbial Remediation. We feel this experience is necessary and demand the high standard of quality that is essential to any company and the vital role it plays towards customer satisfaction.
Extreme is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment needed to complete any size claim be it large or small. All the equipment is inventoried and maintained on an on-going basis and is in excellent condition reflecting our employees pride in their workmanship.
