We started in 2007 with a simple philosophy: Provide 24 hour, 7 day a week plumbing, sewer and drain service using background-checked, drug-tested professionals who never charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays.. EVER! We felt doing that, and always being "ethical" in everything we do would let us capture a part of the plumbing, sewer and drain service business. It appears we were correct. Since 2007, we have grown steadily and now have operations in Detroit MI, Flint MI, Grand Rapids MI, Toledo OH, Columbus OH and we opened an international branch in Windsor Ontario Canada in mid-summer 2012. (In Canada we use licensed Canadian plumbers who cover the Windsor & Essex County area of Ontario). When you call Plumbing Professors, you have access to our round-the-clock Call Center, and a fleet of plumbing, sewer and drain technicians that are available to serve you. We employ multiple Master Plumbers, Journeymen and Apprentices and are always looking to add to our team of qualified technicians. Our team is paid by the hour, not on commission, they only have your best interest in mind and will always recommend all appropriate repair options to you. Once you have those options, they will discuss them in detail with you, allowing you to pick the option that works best for you. You approve the repair option and the price BEFORE we start doing any work. We stand behind our work. You will be happy with our work or we will do everything in our power to make you happy.
