As the owner, I am responsible for choosing the ingredients that go into your favourite pizza. We have chosen to use only the finest ingredients available. We start by making our dough in-house everyday . Our sauces are handmade in small batches using the best tomato base available and we use lean ground beef for our pasta meat sauce. We use fresh, quality toppings for a fresh, bold taste. Unlike some, we use 100% real Mozzarella grated with Edam for our cheese blend. Real bacon, whole italian sausage links, premium ham, fresh (not tinned) mushrooms, premium Dole pineapple, and gourmet parmesan cheese are a few of the examples of the choice ingredients we use. Because of our absolute commitment to freshness and quality, we may not be the cheapest, but our customers tell us we are the best! Clive A.
