Pioneer Planning Solutions, Owen Sound, ON

Upon graduating with honours from the University of Waterloo's School of Urban and Regional Planning in 2001, Clinton Stredwick moved to Owen Sound from the Waterloo Region to begin working with an Owen Sound based Planning firm.
Over the next few years, Clinton gained valuable experience throughout the Grey-Bruce Region. Some highlights included: Aggregate Resource approvals, working on an Economic Development Strategy for West Grey, The Zoning By-law for the Township of Georgian Bluffs and the Background Study for the Township of Georgian Bluffs Official Plan.
In 2006, Clinton accepted the role of Senior Planner at a Planning and Development firm in Collingwood, ON. Here, he worked within the Niagara Escarpment Area and as a consultant Planner for a local municipality.
After 10 years of experience in the area, Clinton Stredwick formed Pioneer Planning Solutions in 2012. Clinton is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP). His experiences throughout the Grey-Bruce Region have provided him with a wealth of information and knowledge to assist clients in the land use planning process.
In 2014, Pioneer Planning Solutions received the Small Business/Home Office (SOHO) Business of the Year Award from the Owen Sound and District Chamber of Commerce.
