This company has been advertising on their website that clients will receive their purchases before December 24, IF the order is placed before a specified date. This year it was December 14, 2014. This is the second year now that I have had a problem with this company. BOTH times my orders have come in LATE. I have shown up to family Christmas dinners with NO GIFT to give. I travel far away to see my families, and am not able to just hand it over to them when it is ready. Shame on me for going back to them this year. I thought their idea of being able to place your photos on many different items and making the gift more personal for the gift receiver was a great idea. I will go with a different company next year. Last year: They made a spelling mistake on one of my my two blankets that I ordered. It needed to be sent back. I received the blanket with the proper spelling AFTER Christmas; December 26th. This year: I placed my order before December 14th. They had advertised that I would receive my order BY December 24. I did not. I called 'Photo Gift World' and was hung-up on. I called MULTIPLE TIMES and was hung-up on EVERY TIME. I cannot believe this business is still a business. Today is December 29th, 2014... I am still waiting on my order! No one from this company has called me to notify me of any delays. No one from this company has bothered to E-Mail me. Each time I have called them, I have been hung-up on. To this day, I have no idea what is happening with my order. They will not pick-up their phone. I am wondering if I should start to assume I was robbed of my money.
