Mr. Pearlman has been employed in the field of human resources, both in the public and private sector, since 1978. Although experienced in social services and transportation as well, his main area of emphasis has been the health care industry. He has acted as management spokesperson at negotiations with numerous bargining units such as; CUPE, OPSEU, CUOE, ONA, IUOE, IBT, OPEIU, CAW, OPEIU, USWA, UFCW and PSAC.
