Paul was born and raised in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. Upon graduating from the Nova Scotia Institute of Technology in 1991 with a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology, he relocated to Vancouver to pursue a career in Quality Management and spent more than a decade as a Quality Assurance Manager for two high profile electronics and equipment manufacturers. Paul’s interest in real estate began as an investor where he saw the huge growth potential in the local housing market, particularly in comparison to the devastating market crash in the high tech sector in the early part of the millennium. Like many investors, Paul saw real estate as a safe, tangible investment that could not only yield significant returns, but that could also be used to generate immediate revenue to cover costs.
