Pardon Services Canada has been providing pardon services to Canada since 1989. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are accredited by the RCMP.
We help clients seal their Canadian criminal records by applying for a Record Suspension (formerly called pardon) through the Parole Board of Canada.
We also help Canadians obtain US Entry Waivers to cross the border. (Note that the US government does not recognize pardons.)
We help Americans with criminal records apply for the two main applications that allow them to cross the border. The Temporary Resident Permit allows them to cross the border for a specific purpose (for example, a business meeting or family occasion). The Criminal Rehabilitation application is a permanent solution that allows them to cross freely.
We have a registered immigration consultant on staff to help US residents with their Canadian entry needs.
Pardon Services Canada is an advocate for people with criminal records. We understand that people make mistakes and that everyone deserves a second chance. We speak regularly to the national media about the rights of people with records and the importance of work and community participation to successful rehabilitation.
