Pacific Empire Minerals Corp. (PEMC) is a private mineral exploration company exploring for copper-gold-silver porphyry deposits in British Columbia, Canada.
PEMC employs the Prospect Generator business model, which allows for the company to maintain exposure to discovery by diluting its interest in its properties, rather than diluting its shareholders. Through joint venture and option agreements, PEMC attracts partners to expend exploration dollars on projects while receiving annualized cash and/or share payments. The key to success, in management’s perspective, is to provide partners with high quality exploration opportunities in low risk jurisdictions with good access and infrastructure. Mr. Peters began working for Canadian junior exploration companies in 2007, and has been involved in mineral property exploration, management, acquisition, development and research in British Columbia, the Yukon, Ontario, Arizona and Mexico. Mr. Peters’s diverse skill set, exploration experience and market knowledge have provided insight to all facets of the exploration industry. Mr. Peters graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Mr. Peters earned an honours diploma in Broadcast Communications from BCIT in 2002. Mr. Ritchie has been engaged as an exploration geologist since 2007. He has spent his time working on grassroots and resource delineation drilling programs for junior exploration companies in British Columbia, Ontario, Yukon Territory, Nunavut and Arizona. Specialties within his skill set include structuring regional targeting initiatives, geochemistry, and deep drilling. Mr. Ritchie graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an honours B.Sc. in Chemistry in 2004, and fulfilled APEG requirements at Simon Fraser University in 2008. Mr. Ritchie is a practicing Professional Geoscientist and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.
