Watching our loved ones age and become less independent is difficult and often leaves you feeling helpless. There is very often a grey area when a retirement home is too soon but living alone is not ideal. That is my primary focus. Helping out with the tasks that have become too difficult or overwhelming and the family simply does not have the time required to assist. I would be happy to help out whether it be picking up prescriptions, accompanying to appointments, light housework, grocery delivery, checking in, simple meal prep or even a bit of yard work!

I can help by taking care of those errands so you can spend your weekends with family and friends doing what you love! Whether its shopping at Costco, picking up fresh fruit and veggies at Langley Farm Market, picking up the dry cleaning, running to the post office or even folding the laundry- I can help!
