I will never step foot in this place again. I brought 2 suits yes on a impulse buy for my 2 grandsons with out them there. The sales person Nikolai G told me I had 1 week to just do an exchange. I go back 1 week to exchange the suits everything seems okay until I could find another size in same suit for my oldest grandson and found something that was cheaper and that is when Nikolai attitude changed. I was not asking for money back just wanted to do straight exchange. He unzipped the bag and pulls out my grandson pants and sniffs them like he is looking to smell something other then smoke like gross. He then asked me if I am from smokers home I could of lied but I don’t deal that way unlike him. Told I do but we do not smoke in our home the suits sat in our home for a week and yes in our vehicle for 9 hours but all you had to do was take out of bay and air out. Anyone that I have talked to can not believe they would not let me exchange most retail store do but nope he called someone but goes to the back so I can’t hear him which sure he lied to that person too. I spend over 250.00 for these suits and all I wanted was 2 suits for exchange one being cheaper which the store actually would of made a profit of $80.00 dollars off me. I am telling anyone who goes to this store don’t not listen to them nor believe anything they say. I am so very upset because I needed these suits for my wedding next month and my grandkids would of been done now I have to start all over again and still have to suit that are useless to me and my grandsons. Terrible services DO NOT SHOP HERE. You be best to go to the horizon mall in Balzac that is where I got my granddaughters dress very nice people at that mall. Please everyone do not buy product there keep walking pass this store. Very unhappy grandmother.
