O’Reilly Brothers Ltd. is a family run business since 1967, over 55 years, and a member of the Better Business Bureau for over 40 years with an AA rating. We take all reviews, especially unhappy ones, seriously. It has been some time since your review was written. We are sorry it has taken so long to reply but we never had the resources to monitor all the review platforms available and only found your review accidentally. Of note, it’s always interesting being reviewed by our competition. After doing extensive database and email research on any dealings with your personal or business names we have come up empty and found no related communications, estimates, calls in or work done in any of your names. It is unfortunate that whatever went wrong we were never contacted, allowing us the opportunity to fix and learn from our mistake. We have a staff of between 35 and 50 (during peak season) and a majority of our staff have been with us for at least five years with many over 10 and several over 20 years. We are a well-oiled machine and have a lot to be proud of thanks to our employees. We also invest in them. We maintain our staff credentials (staff training happens several times a year), we are on top of Health and Safety which is proven by our positive track record from the many audits done by our insurance, several government ministries and WSIB, in which our injuries are minimal.
