Noble & Associates Property Management was established in 2004. Noble was a pioneer in the Property Management industry to provide its clients a full online e-Cabinet service, our clients are indeed managing their property with their fingers while sitting at home on their cozy chair.
In order to properly demonstrate our true business in only doing property management not any real estate sales, Noble & Associates Realty Ltd had changed its name to Noble & Associates Property Management in 2014

CREDIBILITY ASSURANCE
All funds collected by Noble & Associates Property Management are kept in local bank institutes and the accounts are designated as "TRUST". Once it is in Trust, all strict requirement will be governed and ruled under the Real Estate Service Act (RESA).
All our Trust accounts are reviewed by Chartered Accountants annually and the accountants report is required to obtain approval from Real Estate Council accordingly.
All our licensees are insured under the mandatory requirement by Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance Corporation. In addition to this, our company has voluntarily maintained $5 millions liability insurance to cover our business practice.
