Our Story Established in 2005, New Circles is a not-for-profit social service agency that helps residents of Flemingdon Park, Thorncliffe Park and Victoria Village who need our support. New Circles was founded on two programs, the Clothing Program and Holiday Angel Program, which continue to be cornerstones of the work we do today. Our founder and Board of Directors member, Cindy Blakely envisioned a welcoming space, where low income residents could access basic necessities with dignity and respect. New Circles continues to meet that vision and has expanded to include a range of programs offering connections and opportunities for skills development to community members.
