There is mold on most the ceilings in the building, the windows are paper thin hydro is in the hundreds during winter and the views are not worth it unless you face North. This building is poorly maintained the management is criminally incompetent as well as negligent. No construction permits filed with city of burnaby for over 9 years. Cuts in the common areas of almost every floor to the main water line as there was pipe that burst in May 2019. They will lie and say its a drainage problem for a sink in a unit but its right up and down the building every floor from 2nd up has similar cuts to the main pipes. what are they chasing? From the top Adriel to Bobby to Max the expert mold handy man these people will knowingly and willingly let you live in toxic black mold and do nothing other than try to evict you. Max the mold expert should never have touched any of the mold. A certified restoration company should have been called in. Adriel only cares about $'s complete slum lord as is her minion Bobby I've lost 4 inches off my waist, losing hair daily, the pain in my head lasted 6 months same with the fog in my brain from the mycotoxin poisoning and the 20 new allergies due to exposure.
