Description
Since 1995, National Plastic Heater has engineered, produced and distributed high quality industrial process immersion heaters, custom kapton (polyimide) heaters, silicone rubber heaters and ceramic infrared heaters for a diverse group of customers. NPH electric heaters continue to be specified by major OEM's and other manufacturers operating in industries such as the process industries, gas, oil and chemical ( for hazardous area/explosion proof environments, freeze protection applications, heating of tanks, drums and vessels). In addition, heating of electronic components (ATM's, photocopiers and 3D printers), heating of aerospace instrumentation (satellites and spacecraft), ceramic infrared heaters for thermoforming applications, heating of electrical and mechanical enclosures/panels, medical imaging, medical diagnostic instruments and analyzers. Other industries we serve with our industrial process heaters include waste water treatment, power generation (nuclear and coal )

National Plastic Heaters' design, engineering and manufacturing cells are diverse and flexible to satisfy even the most demanding industrial, commercial and OEM requirements. NPH electric heaters are available from the simplest industrial designs to more complex custom manufactured thermal systems. From concept through to prototyping and production our clients are supported with NPHs' field and engineering experience in the design of their industrial heaters (including kapton and flexible silicone rubber heaters), temperature sensors and temperature control systems.
