This clinic has very rude staff. The phototherapy treatment of my son was paused because of covid19. I phoned many times and left so many voice mail without a single reply. I met a female receptionist seem to be of Asian descend I asked her about it and her reply was we stopped the treatment completely I said just like you decided to stop it. I did not know it was a private clinic. She told me we are private clinic and we do whatever we like to do. Her answer was very impolite and seem to be agitated in the way she talks. when I asked her why are you agitated in the manner of talking she was even more impolite in her answer. She asked me to call the police if I want to which was very weird to think this way. She asked me to leave the clinic which I did but I promised I will make a complain. so far I do not know where to complain against her since they are private. I tried many channels without success so far in making the complain. I thought she should be more respectful in the way she answer patients and parent of patients. I am still looking for the proper channel to complain against her

This man is rude, impatient and has zero compassion. I waited 6 months to see a dermatologist after my 10 yrs old son had 4 surgeries on his neck after a severe case of Invasive strep A. He is left with a nasty 2 inch scar on his neck and I was told a dermatologist could help. he said to wait longer and he wouldn't do anything. OK...No advice at all...Every time I asked a question he answered impatiently and seemed annoyed. When I asked why he was rude he answered he didn't understand why I felt he was aggressive. Which I never said...I guess it's not the first time ha had a complaint....I answered I never said you were aggressive I said impolite...he answered if that's how I felt he didn't have to help us and stormed out of the room. Help us! He never had any intention of helping us. We walked out of there feeling discouraged and humiliated. Thanks Doc for making an already traumatized kid feel worse.
