Jennifer M. Krotz joined Mr. Melville as an associate in October of 2008. She is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, where she received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, Information & Technoculture and English in 2003. Ms Krotz attended law school at the University of Toronto, and graduated with a J.D. in 2006. She completed her articles at Lerners in Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007. Ms Krotz is pursuing her career interest in commercial and estate litigation. Khiam Nong joined Mr. Melville as an associate in July of 2013. She received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 2009. Since completing her articles at one of Canada's leading labour and employment firms, she practices primarily in employment law and commercial litigation. Ms Nong advises both employer and employee clients on all aspects of employment law, including human rights, employment standards, occupational health and safety and restrictive covenants, to name a few. In addition to advising management-side clients about workplace issues, she also conducts workplace investigations.
