This is the most unprofessional business. I called in advance and explained exactly the service that i wanted, the owner J.S. s***** quoted me a price. When I brought the car in he confirmed he understood exactly that i wanted, confirmed the price and asked to wait 40 minutes for them to do the job. First of all, I ended up waiting more than 2 hours because the mechanics decided to take 1 hour break for tea. After I paid cash as agreed, the owner told me the job was done. When i went inside the shop (they don't even bring your car outside) the mechanic told me that now I should go to the dealership to get the parts. When I confronted J.S. s***** about what exactly they were doing for 2.5 hours and what I paid for and where are my parts ahnd why he said that the job was done, he said he didn't have the parts. So I ended up waiting another hour for them to go to the dealership to get the parts. After, he told me to pay $20 extra for parts (I needed 4 parts and the most expensive i was quoted was $2.50/part). When i asked why he said it's because they didn't have them in stock, and I needed to pay extra for the cost of gas his mechanic used. When I said that it is not my problem that he makes a promise and can't deliver and it is not my problem that a mechanic shop doesn't have parts in stock. I said I would pay $10 extra omnly for parts. Then J.S. s***** started yelling at me and waving his hands in front of me, then he took the air gun and said that he would take my tires off. When i said I paid cash, he said that I never paid, and that I never asked for the parts initially. Only when I said i would call the police if he touches my car, he cooled down. I said that in case of such rip off I want an invoice describing the work they did. he issued it (he never mentioned $40 cash I paid him, and charges $70 extra on top) and asked me to sign the disclaimer that I am satisfied with the job. I refused, then he said he would not give me a copy of the invoice. So i said ok, I started writing "I am not satisfied" on the invoice and he pulled it away from me, so then I took my phone out to take a picture of the invoice, he nearly ripped the phone out together with my arm. This is the most unprofessional, rip-off service I have ever had, they double-charge you, lie about the work performed, and refuse to take responsibility. I have never seen a place more unprofessional and never experienced such rudness. I highly recommend not going there if you don't wanna be ripped off and charged for work which they would not even perform (and would not even tell you that).
