We provide personal security and medical alarms with an emphasis on proper installation and routine maintenance. Our classic configuration has always been the match of a professional, high performance wireless pendant and receiver with the latest in digital communication. These systems report to our ULC listed response centres in Canada where response is quick and professional whether you require an ambulance dispatch or simply a reassuring voice to confirm that your system is working okay and ready if you need it. You need not call to pre-arrange a test and you also do not wait for a return call when an alarm is received. You are talking to an operator immediately and are not waiting for them to call you back! Our dispatchers also leave patient care to the professionals. We do not keep any of your personal medical information on file at the station and instead direct responders to your fridge magnet. This magnet either holds your records to the fridge itself or explains where the information and medications can be found in your home. Equipment features The equipment automatically tests wireless and wired links daily and these reports are checked for troubles and faults as they are received at the station. The FreedomAlert, however, is NOT monitored so troubles are announced by the unit itself. These clients are encouraged to test their units daily. These alerts need not inconvenience your friends or 911 as there is a test button on the pendant that reports the phone line status, battery condition and range. All our devices are warrantied for one year and batteries last two to three years. The batteries are easily replaced by the users and of course, we are always available to coach if need be. Our monitoring contracts are month-to-month and may be cancelled without penalty at any time. We do, however, ask for thirty days notice.
