Mark and Paul are really great. They both spent a lot of time with me making sure I picked the right snowmobile. They are no b.s guys who really care about the customer relationship. Don't let the guy at the desk turn you off. I believe his name is Glen. I went in twice (off season) looking to purchase a machine as they had them advertised, but (Glen) told me they were not available to be seen and that they were just too busy to think about snowmobiles. Fortunately, Mark walked in and asked if he could help. He took me out back to the machines, and spent a good hour educating me. Can't say enough about Mark and Paul, but they should really get that guy off the front desk. If you can advertise a machine, you should be ready to sell it
