Marks Computer Repair, Pitt Meadows, BC

So I made the mistake of taking my computer to Mark on September 14 , in the end I didn't want him to fix it as I asked if he would provide an invoice to which he said he wouldn't, since I need it for expenses I decided to not go with him, I e-transfer him for what we had agree would be the hour of service ($40) he spend on my laptop, but by mistake I e-transfer twice, I asked him on sept 15 and 16 to check his account as it would show 2 e-transfers by me, he stop replying to messages and even blocked me from leaving a Facebook messages and reviews of this "business" on it, I also called him on Sept 18, and tried calling again a few hours later, he also blocked me. I would have given him the job if he would have provided an invoice but he said to use “ e-transfer as invoice” which maybe can be done but it’s not what I wanted, since then he deleted his business on google for my bad review not before having the audacity of answering that he spent almost 5 hours on my computer and that I still owed him money (dude!! Just because you had from 12 to 4:40 doesn’t mean you actually worked 5 hours on it!!!!!!) Since then I have taken my computer to my trusty repair guy, who open the computer in front of me took him less than 5 min to do it and to see that Mark had put oil on the fan, my trusty tech guy then search for the fan model and all of this in less than 30 min to open, look for model clean the fan better and still had a chat with me about my tech questions and close it back, he also gave me a quote on other things I requested So if you want to be overcharged definitely try this POS business, and I'm sure that to loose a customer for a mistake $40 on my side is a great way to run a business right Mark? I do have screen shoots of all conversations. Stay away from him and if you do end up going with him make sure to only pay cash.
