I had booked their sailboat for Saturday. I checked on Friday to make sure they had the reservation, they said they were ready for us - but clearly were not. The boat was very poorly maintained (or not), the power motor couldn't be operated, the guys trying to start it left without telling us anything. In one word, they didn't know anything about sailing boats - avoid them !

We rented two jet skis, throttle got stuck open and had to pull the engine cut on one, stranded approx 5 miles out while other jet ski came back to notify. Took 1/2 hour to get an employee reluctantly to go out. He stated, "it was not his problem they broke down and that he was not the one who caused it". Same employee attempted to tow back in by attaching a rope to the handle bar which resulted in the jet ski to flip in the water and fill the engine compartment with water. Same employee did not disclose this simple fact and arrogance was a plenty by everyone. Bottom line: 2 teenagers 5 miles out in a lake waiting 1.5 hours for help to arrive. No appollogies, no sincerity, no human touch. Same employee threatened to call his "friend" the Police when I got animated at his reluctance to confess at his/their lies!
