Mama’s Daycare and Out Of School Care, Edmonton, AB

Be very careful of this daycare. They contacted me less than two hours after dropping off my child. stated I didn't drop My child off to which I did. I contacted Jasdeep right away via telephone there was nothing but confusionAnd lies. After that call there was few text messages. About two to three hours after those text messages i got a missed call, then a next call however had to return the call as i was at a appointment. I returned the call less than 20 mins Jaspeed sound very nervous and was mumbling. She stated my son was crying and That he took off and staffs had to run after him. I then repeated exactly what she said asked Jasdeep if she was saying my child took off the property she then changed her story and since have had Several different stories. At the same time terminate My child from the daycare with one of the reasons being due to shortage Of staff. Meanwhile there was still accepting and had the board outside stating accepting. Before learning my son "took off" after the first text message that clearly stated i didnt dropped my child off I Requested to speak to the licensing officer of that daycare to which Jasdeep had a problem with. The licensing officer information Also was not posted. I did my research got in contact with the licensing officer who did not investigate The incident and was clearly going by what she was being told by the daycare with a next motive!! It does not need a rocket science to figure out that my child was missing and they were trying to not to be held responsible. Which is the actual reason it started out with the text message stated i did not drop my son off. I've also noticed the Google reviews does not properly reflect as the review are being Deleted/ set to private. Be very careful of this daycare.
