RESPITES
Respite contributes to a parent’s physical and mental balance, but also to that of the child!
As a parent, a break allows you to shop or to attend an appointment, to go out with your partner/friends, to train or to work, or to simply recharge your batteries. Options for you to thrive outside of your role as a parent are endless.
Children, meanwhile, take advantage of this opportunity to make new friends. They develop new social, motor, intellectual, and emotional skills through free-play or structured games.
The outings organized and supervised by the educators allow children to discover or rediscover a whole new world of possibilities.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
At Maison Parenfant, social activities may take many forms, but they are all activities where people can meet and talk. This is where Maison Parenfant as a community takes on its fullest meaning!
Occasional social activities such as our Christmas Dinner allow young and old to socialize and play while being spoiled, while our weekly coffee breaks which target both moms and dads, are information and sharing sessions where parents may speak freely.
