LCA Lloydminster Construction Association Working Together For Your Construction Industry The Lloydminster Construction Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1979 to provide commercial and industrial contractors opportunities to share project information. We currently serve the Midwest and Lakeland Region of Alberta, as well as surrounding communities in Saskatchewan. We are located in the City of Lloydminster, Canada's only Border City - Directly on the AB and SK Border - Located on Yellowhead Highway 16 - 2 hours east of Edmonton, AB and 2 1/2 hours west of Saskatoon, SK. Our goal is to work on behalf of all companies involved in the construction industry. We provide project tender information with our physical plansroom and our electronic plansroom; COOLNet Alberta .
