Lil Sprouts Photography is my dream becoming a reality. My name is Eliza, and I have been taking pictures for over 12 years. My love for photography really came to light in high school, and I used my camera as a way of tracking my footsteps and telling the story of my life at the time. I eventually attended the Applied Photography course at Sheridan College and learned how to refine my artistic skill, and I focused mainly on product photography.
After college, I dove into the advertising industry, and worked in prepress/print production at a Toronto Ad Agency for four years. During that time, I had my daughter, and then I set my sights on a home with a backyard and eventually found it in Brantford. I have worked in the graphics industry since moving out here two years ago, but it wasn't the right fit. Finally, I decided to take the leap and start my own portrait studio.
As a mom, I know how important it is to have beautiful photos of your children that you can cherish forever, and I want to be the photographer taking those photos. That's when Lil Sprouts came to life, a portrait studio specializing in maternity, newborn, baby, and children's photography. I strive to make each photo session as comfortable and natural as possible, because having a happy and relaxed atmosphere is crucial to getting great wall worthy photos.
I am also a proud member of the National Association of Professional Child Photographers.
