I have been trying for 2 days now to book an appointment to have blood work done so that it will arrive at my doctors office before my doctors appointment.. When i call, the message literally states that they are busy, and to call back later. Guess what I got when i called back later, yes I got the same message again.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could all tell our clients "I am busy, call me back later." Apparently they think that they are the only ones that are busy. This is absolutely no way to run a business.
