Place is too small and not enough seats. Not the most comfortable venue to wait to be seen. Had to stand up for about 20 minutes while waiting in the cramp waiting area. Also had to wait a long time on the phone to book an appointment.

It's extremely hard to make apointment by phone. They put you on hold for 10 to 20 mins till you have to hang up. I called three times last year trying to make apointment, they put me on hold forever! I waited for 20 mins and no one picked up the line so I had to hang up and call on another day. Unfortunately same thing happened again. After I failed my third attempt I had to give up and call another lab. If you are lucky to call on a day when they are in good mood, they'll pick up the line faster. I called yesterday, they only put my on hold for 5mins. You have to bet on luck :( Oh, and don't call with your cell phone, it kills your allowance, cuz you don't know how long they r going to put u on hold for.
