This is not our business, but it is our passion. Not only do we try to provide the best possible puppies, but we have been active in many areas of the dog fancy. We have travelled much of Canada to compete in dog shows and exhibitions such as Super Dogs. We have been active in obedience training with both our own dogs and as regular instructors. Flyball racing and retriever trials and therapy dog visiting are other areas where we have enjoyed working with our canine companions.
As a breeder, we are interested in finding quality homes for our puppies, and if you are looking for an exceptional puppy we are now taking reservations. We are a family operation, and the word kennel does not apply to our situation here. Our dogs (7 generations of Goldens) live with us in our house where they are part of our everyday family life. Our puppies are born in our house and lovingly raised with interaction from the entire family. From 3 weeks of age onward, the pups are provided with a stimulating and active environment to help them grow mentally and physically. The proper socialization and development of the pups is our principal concern during this time. When the pups are ready to go home, we use recognized behaviour evaluation techniques to ensure each new owner gets a puppy that is well suited to their lifestyle and requirements
