KMH Labs: Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine & MRI - Kitchener

MRI on Feb.16/2015 - blond, female technician who performed test was very rude! First she criticized me for putting a boot/shoe cover over my cast, thinking I had used one of the disposable covers from the office when I had actually come in with one. She said something to the effect, "why would you put that on when you have to take your boot off now"? Very condescending. I then had to hop on one foot from the doorway to the bed because she said I couldn't bring my metal crutches into the room... Is that what she would have made a senior done too?? As I was preparing to leave it was not clear which door to go through as there were multiple doors and some opened into each other awkwardly. I asked which door, and was told in a snippy tone, "2nd on the left". I still hesitated, and being on crutches, you would think they would help with the doors anyway... She sighed, said, "I guess I'll get it'", pushed past me in a narrow hallway to get to the door then as I went through, she said, to the other worker, clearly loud enough for me to hear, "there's the second door on the left, wouldn't you know that was the second door on the left"? I was so shocked that she would be so rude in a supposedly professional medical environment. I will never use KMH again and will advise others to stay away. Oh, and the peeling 1980s wallpaper, broken chairs, and filthy carpet doesn't help wth the overall impression.
