My husband and I made an appointment and we were very excited about making a purchase of faucets and kitchen sink from Kitchen and Bath. Her previous appointment was just leaving as we entered at 3:30 and just as we signed in the female employee who was to meet us said "oh I guess you are my 3:30 appointment in a way that we knew she was frustrated and seemed annoyed that it was our time for her appointment. She was incredibly rude and certainly not warm and welcoming. I asked the price of a faucet and she said she did not have the prices in her head and that her brain was fried. I was looking at another section and she informed us that most of them on display were outdated. Not sure why they were on display. No prices were posted on any items, so she had to write down a manual list of about 4 faucets we might be thinking about, then we returned to her office while she had to reference several product manuals to find prices. This slow process did not allow us to price compare various other facets. I was not pleased that prices were not posted on any item or on the website. We could go on and on but We left without purchase with no intent on buying nor would we recommend them to any of our friends. It was a completely negative experience
