They are very hard to work for and this review is my own experience. They acknowledge the poor culture there, but do nothing to improve it because they simply do not know how to. The staff turnover is more than most have seen in a lifetime. 20 + people in a calendar year has NOTHING to do with those 20 people. If it were, then the company is very very bad at choosing employees, and if it isnt true, they would have those 20 amazing employees from just the last year alone. They hire good and qualified people. Most people quit or get fired within 4 to 6 months and are so so happy to leave. We all remain friends from there and meet up regularly now. Speaking from personal experience, the benefits are terrible. So very basic. If you don't have a spouses extended to use your basically out of luck. Read the fine print. It's a cheap program. No vacation time as they find it too difficult to stay on top of the management of it with huge employee turnover so they pay it out each payday. The pay is good. The free lunches are good. Tons of free booze is good, but you must drink with the 'controller'. The coworkers good too. But no amount of those things being good is worth the torment and anguish you feel as soon as you walk in the doors. It's thick with suspicion and the feeling is tense as soon as certain people enter the building. It's just not worth it. There is no room to grow within the company because there are no spots to advance into. The org chart is flat as paper. There is the owner and his assistant, and everyone else is below with no ability to advance. Watching your coworkers get "disciplined" daily is also the norm too and super hard to be around when you know that everyone tries so hard to help each other. When it's stated that you get control of your work and you get to build your own systems and take care of them, this could not be further from reality. The systems literally change daily. And there is no personal choices in what you do. When you do develop a system it is shot down immediately by the owner. Who will then openly mock you for trying in front of everyone. Basically, if you can handle constant moving targets and getting disciplined for doing as your told, then apply. If not, I do not recommend working for them. Especially if you value good culture, teamwork, fun, peace, and feeling like you're a valued member of a team. There is no future there.
