Took my computer to him for cleaning as it was very slow and kept freezing. He claimed to have fixed all the problems but couldn't be bothered to call and let me know it was ready to be picked up. When I got it back there was no difference from before it was supposedly 'fixed.' Since then I've had more problems than ever. And the previous rating is correct--Scott Macleod does NOT belong to the Waterford Chamber of Commerce and hasn't done so for several years, yet it states on the billing "Member of the Waterford Chamber of Commerce." I called them to complain and was told this. If you try to explain the problem isn't fixed, he loses his temper and is verbally abusive, yelling and waving his arms around. His wife is rude, too and lies right along with him. The pair of them should write a book on excuses! I don't honestly know how they are still in business in such a small community. If I could score zero stars, I would have.

If there was an option to rate ZERO I absolutely would.. and evidently there are many others who feel the same as I have come to find out. DO NOT deal with S**** or his wife or any of the fradulent companies they operate. This man is a liar, a thief and an absolute fake. He is a real player, and will appear very personable along with telling you everything you want to hear initially until he has your money.. thats when he disappears!. Likely to take a trip, spend a weekend away, eat out, etc.. USING YOUR MONEY. The OPP are well aware of him and his actions so he has been flagged by them, ( call and ask) as there are MANY other similar complaints. Do your resesrch first people!. This disgrace of a man takes advantage of his local customers and should be ashamed to show his face in town. He is also NOT a member of the Waterford Chamber of Commerce as it claims on his billing info and has NOT been for at least 10 years. He will NOT refund your money no matter how many times he swears he will. You'll get every excuse in the book trust me!. You simply need to take him to court and report him to the OPP and BBB. This clown does everything BUT act as a respectful businessman should, He is very rude and will lose his cool yelling and screaming if you confront him about returning your money or getting your product.. his wife is no better! they will both treat you like dirt if confronted in person. Stay well away from these people, they are a disgrace to this community.
