Who Are We? We are a husband and wife team dedicated to helping buyers and sellers with their residential real estate needs. For David, real estate is in his DNA. David’s father started the downtown head office for James So Realty Ltd. in 1973 while his mother opened the North York branch office in 198X. Since 2003, we’ve enjoyed working together and being our own bosses. We appreciate the privilege of being entrusted to help our clients sell and/or look for what is likely their biggest investment - their home. After graduating from the University of Waterloo, David jumped into the hectic corporate environment at AT&T in Hong Kong: first in Corporate Finance, then Product Management. David honed his negotiation skills as he worked to develop, acquire and divest AT&T’s entities throughout Asia. He would later broaden his marketing skills as he launched and managed AT&T’s Internet services across the Asia-Pacific region. Shen is also an alumnus of the University of Waterloo. Prior to selling real estate, her professional background was marketing, marketing and more marketing. Shen worked at A. Nielsen and Nabisco (now Kraft Canada) advising product marketing groups on how to employ market research data to improve and grow their brands. Through her experience, Shen helps sellers differentiate their homes while targeting ideal properties for her buyer clients.
