Great service. High quality repair. Took a bit longer than expected but it was worth waiting. I have been using the printer for the last 2 months after repair and it works like new. Thank you to Highgate.

It was by Happenstance that I stumbled upon Highgate Computers and I'm very glad I did... just when I was looking for technical help. I was pleasantly surprised by friendly customer service, backed-up with sound advice from my first visit. From there! All company computers are serviced by Highgate... Experience tells me! In this virtual world unfortunately there are a lot of amateurs... It is of my opinion that Highgate Computers is a cut above Many, with good customer service that is affordable...

A couple of years ago - I had only been in Toronto for a couple of months and my laptop decided that it did not work. So I had passed by Highgate Computer on the bus, so I decided to check out the store. Going to Highgate Computer and meeting Pradeep was one of best decision I had ever made. Pradeep explained what was with my laptop, how long it would take to get it fixed and gave me an estimate, that he stuck with. Highgate Computer has been my go to computer store whenever something goes wrong with my computer. It is one of the best priced and most efficient computer store in the Coxwell & Gerard area. So take your computer to Pradeep next time your computer breaks down.
