Stay away from Henderson Security. They are absolutely horrible. They have auto-renew contracts (renews for up to 3 years) and they can't read the calendar correctly. We had service installed early May, 2008 and somehow they believe the 36 month contract should run through to the end of June 2011 and they can't be convinced that that isn't how it should work. Stay away from them.

I have had nothing but with issues with Henderson Security since the beginning of my dealings with them. They do not return calls, nor offer proper solutions for installation choice errors made by their salesmen. Would cancel if it wouldn't cost me over 600$ to do so. Do not deal with them!
