I'm a Registered Psychologist who is dedicated to helping you overcome stress, worry, and fear. If you have anxieties about your life and relationships, or about eating, food, and the way your body looks, as a therapist, I can help. You might be obsessed with thoughts that you can't control. To the outside world, you may appear to function well. But on the inside, you're in a constant state of anxiety and angst. You may be overwhelmed and terrified that you'll have another panic attack, gain weight, or that something horrible is about to happen.

As your counsellor, I can help you break free from critical thoughts that plague you - whether they have to do with self-blame, your relationships, food, your body, or other aspects of your life. Therapy can help you manage anxiety and be more at ease with yourself and others.

For the past 30 years, I have offered therapy using research-proven methods including EMDR, EFT Tapping, and CBT. My clients say that these methods have helped them.
