Hanh Beauty Instyle Hair & Esthetics, Brampton, ON

I have been going to Hanh Salon and Spa for 12 years at the Mayfield location. I have visited Hanh in style three times, and have not been met with good service. T**** does cut hair really well, but I don't have a good customer service interaction. The first time, T**** refused my haircut saying it was complicated but ended up doing a decent job. The second appointment, I made a month and a half in advanced for my sister and I. Upon arrival, T**** took two walk-in clients of hers and left us to sit and wait. Its aggravating that I had to wait while others walked in and got their hair cut. I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment, my sister was seen 1.5 hours after her appointment. I called to make an appointment today, and was told to hold on - Instead of being put on hold I could hear the conversation of the staff members talking. I was put on hold for 4 minutes, and I hung up. I called back, and was told again to put on hold - and this time for 6 minutes - in which I heard the staff members laughing and talking. I hung up and called back, this time I told them how long i've been put on hold. The receptionist said "well what do you want". I got not apology, a one worded answer, and a abrupt hang up.
