I would like to recommend /acknowledge Nathalie Xian Yi Yan based on my personal experience with her. Every time I came to see her she was prompt and discussed any concerns of mine, excluding how much she helped me, which I could never thank her enough for every aspect of my treatment was conducted in a professional manner. I only ever felt that she cared a great deal as to whether my issues improved. I would and have recommended countless others seek the help of Natalie and would never expect anything but very respect and positive experience for them.

To improve my health has been a personal struggle for as long as I can rememeber. Have been tried many different appproach with no results, Nathalie works with her patients one on one and truly cares for her patients and want to heal them from inside out and to also imprive their quality of ife. I am fully satisfied with her as my TCM practicioner.

I am currently being treated by Nathalie. Nathalie's diagnostic skills were very impressive. I have minimal understanding of "TCM" but have learned, once in Nathalie's office, she is the boss, thinking otherwise undermines your treatment. In my particular case due to suffering chronically, the outcome looks positive. I feel better, I look healthier and I am more productive. It is my opinion that TCM, because of it's long history, should be a first course of action as soon as you feel sick.

I have been off work for some undiagnosed illness that caused sudden weight loss and debilitating fatigue. The doctors did every test they could including CAT scan and tons of blood work but found I am health. They said it is all in my head. I do suffer anxiety off and on, but physically I felt sick. I decided to take a chance on this TCM clinic and I came to the clinic at the point when I was almost about to end up in hospital. I told the TCM person that if her medicine does not work or it caused me any problems I would end up in hospital . After listening to my history and problems, I was provided with herbal tea to use for one week. I began to fell the improvement in my health in as little as 3 days. My faith and confidence in TCM is growing. Now in general I felt 30% better. That is encouraging because only in 7 days, compare with my sickness feeling being 2 months.

I developed hives all over my body and suffered from them for over 2 months. I was on prednisone, prescription anti-histamines and non prescription anti-histamines to manage the hives. After almost 3 months of being on medication I decided to make an appointment with Natalie Yan. She was referred to me by a friend who had experienced amazing results. I am otherwise healthy as I exercise on a regular basis, do not eat processed food or take any other medication prior to this outbreak of hives. I was nervous about trying acupuncture as I did not know if it would help my condition or possibly aggravate it. After seeing Natalie within 4 days I stopped taking prednisone and my hives started improving...after one month of seeing her, I only had a few small outbreaks which went away quickly. I feel calmer, sleep better. She is helping to bring my body back into balance. I am very grateful to Nathalie.
