Gordon has achieved home inspector certification through AHIT Canada, American Home Inspection Training Institute, which qualifies inspectors across Canada and the U. Gordon has also completed the Carson Dunlop and Associates home inspector training courses and passed the related CAHPI (BC) exams and is continually upgrading his knowledge and skills with continuing education. Gordon has over 30 years of new home construction and renovations experience as a heating, ventilation and air conditioning installer, service and maintenance technician. He presently holds an inter-provincial journeyman refrigeration and air conditioning certification, as well as a BC Class B gas fitter certification.
