Greetings, This is Steven from Fraser Monument. I assume this comment is from Allison, whom had ordered a flat marker from us in late 2019. Allison, as explained to you through multiple emails, the original quote you had received from us was for a flat marker with a dimension of 20” x 12”. However, the Cemetery where you had purchased a plot and is directing us to deliver the flat marker you had ordered with us has their own specification in terms of the sizes of flat markers allowed to be installed on their property. Unfortunately, we have no control over the Cemetery in terms of their requirements and the requirement is solely at the Cemetery's discretion. For this particular Cemetery of your choice, their minimum size requirement for a flat marker is 26” x 18”. With this, the quote would be increased slightly to match the increase in the size of the product. At the end of the day, we here at Fraser did honour your original quote and delivered a flat marker satisfying the Cemetery's requirement (26” x 18”) at the price of a 20” x 12” marker.
