In 2004, Fox began operations in Redcliff, Alberta. Its purpose was to offer safety related products and services capable of helping its customers overcome their workplace safety challenges. Under the guidance of their simple mission; To create exceptional customer value and deliver an extraordinary experience, the company set out to introduce their new business model which provided it’s customers with a Help Desk vs. a traditional Order Desk.
In 2008, the firm gained national media recognition by Profit Magazine as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Canada under five years. In 2009, the firm was nominated by Alberta Economic Development Alliance for the Chamber of Commerce "Award of Service Excellence". In 2011 the firm once again gained national media recognition by Profit Magazine as one of the 200 fastest growing companies in Canada followed by recognition as one of the 500 fastest growing companies and in Canada in 2013.
