We had this company do our driveway Oct of 2022, first pour on the 13th and third pour on the 16th. Because of the size of it it was poured in three sections, before the first pour began we payed CASH to Shawn (the owner) half of the total for the job as he requested and the other half at the beginning of the third pour again we paid CASH. We asked numerous times for a receipt and to this day still have not received one. At the beginning of Dec around the fifth we noticed cracks the full length of the first pour and contacted Shawn to let him know our findings, he said nothing he can do about it now and said he would come fix it first thing in the spring. We reminded him early spring and he said he would be here once we get a few consecutive warm nights. Nights have been very warm and yet we still have not seen him, again on June 14 we sent another message he said he would be here in a day or two, STILL A NO SHOW!! July 31 was our last message to him and now he can’t even be bothered to answer our text messages. This company in our view does not care about the customer or the quality of his work we now have a minimum of 14 cracks every section has them, we stayed off of it for 19 days much longer than what he told us too. So if you intend to have your driveway concrete - Fowler Custom Concrete is not recommended, $15,000. wasted and now we will have to hire someone else to fix it or try to fix it ourselves. We are very disappointed with the quality of service that we received. This company Highly Not Recommended!
