We had an incredibly satisfying experience with Five Star painters when they worked on our townhouse. Zikria, the project manager, impressed us with his punctuality, friendliness, and utmost professionalism. The entire team showcased extensive expertise and skillfully handled the intricacies of our space, including high ceilings and a tall staircase. Their work was truly exceptional, and they even conducted a thorough walk-through afterwards, identifying a few things I had missed. They left the place looking spotless. Without any hesitation, I would gladly opt for their services again and enthusiastically recommend them to others.

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Zikria, his daughter and all of the 'highly qualified' sub contractors that were sent. I was going to go with another painting but Zikria offered 20% off so I accepted since the scope of work included power washing, extensive tarps to not spray paint on other spots, priming on bricks, etc. The whole package. They tried to paint without pressure washing, when I insisted that it should be pressure washed, they sent a guy who did not know how to use a pressure washer and claims to have never heard that you should use soap. They tried to tell me that bricks do not need to be primed if being washed, despite committing to prime the bricks in the original scope of work. They never showed up when they said they would and now have set my project back weeks. I would be willing to bet that the rest of these reviews are purchased. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
