I always go here and I like their customer service too. Last Monday (Aug 3, 2015), I personally went to confirm about their hours on BC Day, she booked my appointment and confirmed that they will be open. But, when I got there, they were closed. I called several times they never picked up. I have a party on Friday and I won't have time to go to get my nails done. I am just really disappointed that they did not even call me to reschedule or notify me that they are planning to be closed that day. It is highly unlikely that I will be going there again. I am there old customer, but I guess they don't care. I wouldn't recommend going there. They don't respect your time, making appointments with them is waste of your time.

Generally I don't post reviews about companies, but I found this particular business to have terrible product and customer service. Last Thursday evening I had my nails done by a woman at First Nails in Abbotsford. They had wonderful customer service and she did ( what I thought ) a fantastic job on my nails. This was the first time in nearly a year I've had my nails done, so I was very happy! Four days later (Monday), two of my nails came off - well, literally fell off. I immediately called and they told me they'd fix them. Okay perfect, I was happy with that. So Tuesday evening, I go in and they fix them. The owner ( lady ) hands me a bottle of nail glue and tells me if they fall off again that I can use the glue to put them back on. I'm sorry, but if I wanted nails I could glue on myself, I would of went to walmart and paid $8.99 for a box of DO IT MYSELF nails. I left annoyed about the free nail glue and went home. It's now Thursday and one if the SAME nails they just fixed fell right off, again! So I call AGAIN and she tells me to come in and get it fixed. I told her is honestly just prefer my money back or part of it and I was not impressed with the product coming off twice in a week. She told me no can do basically. I asked why and she said we just can't. Of course, I argue with him, and tell her that's not good customer service. She proceeds to PUT ME ON SPEAKER PHONE while I'm arguing with her. I told her I couldn't understand her while she had me on speaker phone ( I actually could understand her, I just didn't think it was professional that whoever's nails she was doing , to hear our conversation ) and she tells me " I'm working ". I keep telling her I can't hear her, blah blah. And she just keeps repeating I'm working and then she starts talking to the customer in front of her. Finally, she takes me off speaker and tells me to call back in five minutes. Okay fine. So I call back, and No answer ( surprise surprise ).. I called again, no answer. I'm not impressed with The customer service with this company at all. I personally wouldn't waste your time with them.
