Do not use this company. This is my experience and I don't want it to happen to you Work was below standard and the "new" furnace installed in 2021 turned out to be manufactured in 2011. He is a distributer for the furnace and must have had it stored somewhere and decided to take advantage of an unsuspecting customer. Who installs a 2011 manufactured furnace in 2021, and tells the client that they have done nothing wrong – Fast Freddy’ Services.. I now have to go to small claims court to get my money back. I found out the date of the furnace when I checked the warranty with the manufacturer. It was making noises from the initial installation. Freddy insisted that the noise was coming from the ducts and I would have to knock down walls in the house to find the problem. There was no noise before his installation. When the propane company checked his connections which they have to do to supply the propane Freddy’s work was given several red card infractions. I was also advised that some of the work was not to code and could be the source of the noise I was hearing when the furnace fired up. I advised Freddy that these issues needed to be fixed on the same day in December 2021, and he did not return to fix them until April 2022, even though I called him several times in between and I told him the propane company was calling me. When Freddy did fix the red card issues, the furnace did not work at all. Freddy believed that he should have been allowed to return to the house to fix the issues, but enough was enough. Due to his unscrupulous and unprofessional behavior installing an out of date, poor quality furnace, It now has to be replaced.
